Shipping & Returns

Currently we offer shipping only within India. Generally, the goods are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. Accordingly, the product will be delivered within 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.

On dispatch we will send you an email containing your parcel information along with the tracking information. You can then follow your parcel's progress by using the tracking number.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free for all orders above Rs 1000. We charge minimal Rs 50 for shipping of all orders below Rs 1000.

Courier Partners

We ship our items using reliable third party courier services like Delhivery & FedEx. The products are delivered within 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch if there are no un-foreseen circumstances. If any issue arises, we do our best to resolve it for you.

Returns

We are happy to offer a 7-day return policy (with refund or store credit) for unused items that still have original tags attached. 

- You can initiate a return by filling the return form at bottom of our website within 7 days of receiving the item. 
- Our return handling team will verify the order and approve the return with instructions and the address of return. 
- Once return request is approved, our courier person would come and pick-up the item from your address within 3-5 days. Customer needs to pack product in original packaging & tags before handing over to courier person.

All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our warehouse. However, in an unlikely event of receiving your parcel in damaged condition, you need to inform us within 2 days of receiving the item by sending us the broken item images at hello@iamhitched.com.

Please note that items in "Deals of the Day" section are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds:

Please note, if you return an order, we will refund the product cost if its an electronic transaction (Debit/ Credit card or Net banking). For C.O.D transactions, the refund amount will be in form of store credit.

Refund or store credit is provided after the items have been recieved & inspected by us and found to be in original /undamaged condition.
